John toured NIO's factory in China. They built an upscale EV for under $10k and went from the first shovel in the ground to the first car off the line in just 17 months. He said China knew it would always be behind in ICE cars, so it pushed aggressively into EVs to leapfrog to the next technology and gain an advantage over the rest of the world. "Going to their factory and seeing, number one, how quickly that factory is built. And second, the factory automation -- much of the process was done via robotics. Looking at the auto plants we have in the US, we still have a plant that was originally built a 100 years ago, operating outside of Chicago. The average age of a US plant is roughly 40 years now. They've been upgraded over time but I don't think they replicate what's happening with robotics in China. This combination of being able to do things really quickly with a skilled but low-cost labor force and robotics has just allowed China to create a quality product at a price that nobody in the rest of the world's really been able to figure out yet."

I think that there needs to be a federal audit against the company that we have contracted out to take care of the migrants. We have nurses that are being paid $64,000 a month. We have security officers that are being paid as much as $24,000 a month. We have home health care workers that are being paid up to $17,000 a month. You don't think that Chicagoans could have benefited from that? We have citizens in this city that have been on the waiting list for affordable housing for years, and migrants have been bumped in front of them. We have people who have been given up to $9,000 a month for housing assistance. That amount of the city of Chicago. We are not am pro black. I am for my marginalized who have been expect us to give up our parks places in our community for others. We're not saying that there's not room here, but what we are saying is that we are not going to step aside for you to accommodate them when you have continued to leave us out of the equation. I'm talking to Governor Pritzker and I'm talking to President Biden and I want you to understand This upcoming political year where the Democratic Party is on the menu, hear me, people of Chicago, of Illinois and of the United States. You're dumping people into our communities who are going to at some point move us out of the say to you, if you want to glimpse into what's going to happen, look at how people of color are being treated in Venezuela right now. We seem to forget that Venezuela was one of the first places that had African slaves that they were taken to. We're forgetting about that. And so we're forgetting that there are blacks in Venezuela who are being treated the same way we are. And so for us to expect that they're going to come here and be put into society and treat us differently is a pipe drain.”

The complex, developed under the M-SHORAD program, is equipped with a 30mm XM914 cannon with programmable ammunition and a dual launcher for Stinger MANPADS, thereby providing protection against a wide range of targets at its effective range. Additionally, it features thermal imaging and electro-optical sensors, a radar from L3Harris, and a fire control system from the Italian Leonardo DRS, allowing the vehicle to independently detect, track, and engage targets without external targeting, relying solely on its own sensors. The exercises themselves include day and night firing drills simulating attacks by drones, helicopters, and low-flying munitions such as glide bombs, as well as cruise missiles. According to requirements, the vehicle must be capable of operating on the move and provide all-around defense for troops, and its modular design allows for the future installation of additional laser and electronic warfare systems against UAVs. What a fever dream. This season has been absolutely demanding, mentally and physically. There have been so many points where I've just wanted to give up and throw in the towel. It seemed every time we made one step forward, we would take two steps back. The biggest thing that kept me going was the small glimpses here and there. Not many people saw them, but when things were going right, there were glimpses from within our team. We just kept saying if we could get a race to go our way, we would have a career day. Going into the dirt races we knew we would have a good run if we could just finish, but we did more than actually finish, we competed. For the first time this season, we actually felt a part of the upper-pack battle, fighting for the Lucky Dog, trading paint and throwing slide jobs. Attrition always plays a huge part of these races, but rarely are we able to benefit greatly from it. But yesterday was different. We were actually able to find ourselves in the lucky dog spot when we needed it most, got back on the lead lap and kept putting ourselves in a position to succeed. We know we'll have struggles throughout the rest of the season, we know we probably won't have another run like this all season, but for one day, for one race, we can say we felt like we competed. For us, such a small team with such a long history, to be a part of it week in and week out has been an awesome experience all year long and I'm excited to have this entire team behind me. I appreciate every single person that has been with us throughout my career and this awesome journey. It means a lot to see so much support, even through all the lows. It really does a mean a lot to me, and I appreciate it greatly. We're going up to Madison International Speedway this Friday, looking to put together some last second sponsors and help keep the good runs going. We need to return to GOD! THE CHURCH IN NIGERIA. We need to repent. We need to go back to the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. We need to drop our pride and repent. We need to divorce the love for mammon. We are meant to be the light and salt of the earth. We need to be leading the way in righteousness. We need to stand and defend truth and justice. HUMILIATING, MOCKING & DARING INDIA, THE PUNJABI MUSLIM RULERS OF PAKISTAN BROKE INDO-PAK CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT TO TITHERS: Here is a video of, what appears to be a Pakistani missile being intercepted by the Indian air defense system in a video taken from Srinagar's iconic Ghanta Ghar ( Clock Tower ) in Lal Chowk a few minutes back and hours after the so-called "ceasefire agreement" was announced. It is a known fact that Punjabi Muslims of Pakistan can never be trusted. It is already being evidenced by the fact that Pakistan has not stopped shelling border areas of Jammu region, near the LoC and now explosions are being heard all over Kashmir Valley, with India's air defense system being activated once again. We, Indian Kashmiri Muslims, Afghans and Pashtun, Sindhi and Baloch Muslims of Pakistan are already biggest victims of cunning shenanigans of Punjabi Muslim ruling elite of Pakistan. Trusting the words of Pakistani Punjabi Muslims is the biggest mistake that we Indians can make. I request the Government of India on behalf of the people of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir that we should not stop, what we have started without teaching the shameless Pakistani Punjabi Muslim rulers of Pakistan a lesson that they won't ever forget. Nothing short of at least 1/3rd of the territory of Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) should be captured before any talks for De-escalation are conducted with the untrustworthy Punjabi Muslim rulers of Pakistan. Foreigners working at a carwash in Skegness started a fire in a burning bin to keep warm and burnt down a family business that had been serving the community for over 20 years 😔 ‼️ Official Statement from Suite Dreams As many of you are aware, we are living through a nightmare. Today, our family business, Suite Dreams, was destroyed. First, we want to address the speculation we’ve seen online. To be clear: we are tenants of this building, not owners. There were no "planning issues," and the "insurance job" accusations are as baseless as they are hurtful. The fire was a direct result of the neighbouring car wash using a metal bin for warmth. We had previously advised them that if they must use it, it had to be kept in the middle of their lot, far away from the building. However, knowing we were closed for Christmas and not there to complain, they moved the bin inside their back room. We only happened to be at the shop today by chance to pick something up. Upon arrival, we noticed a considerable amount of smoke coming from the back room in their side and found them unbelievably attempting to dab out the fire with sponges, but with the chemicals stored in that room, the fire had already taken hold of the roof. Within hours, 24 years of our hard work was gone. While we felt it necessary to set the record straight, we want the focus of this post to be on what truly matters: You. For 24 years, Suite Dreams has been our family’s life’s work. To stand by and watch what we built from the ground up be wiped out through no fault of our own is heartbreaking. But as we look back, we realise that the building was just walls—the business was the people. To our loyal customers: Thank you for choosing us to help make your houses feel like homes. Many of you have been with us since the very beginning. Your reviews, your recommendations, and your repeat visits allowed us to grow and serve Skegness with pride for over two decades. You aren't just customers; you are the reason we loved what we did. You allowed us to provide a service to this town that we have been truly, deeply proud of.
