Alright, let’s have this conversation. To level the playing field, we can pool all political contributions from candidates who meet a specific threshold for the office they’re running for. The current practice of collecting signatures to meet the threshold can still be used. Primary elections can certainly narrow down the options. This approach won’t completely eliminate concerns about special interest groups, large donors, or single-donor influence on elections, but it would significantly reduce them.

As long as We the People can keep our gov in place to keep us safe from those trying to sell us it works just fine. You and yours are who needs to be curtailed. My opinion
