I liked this scene a lot more before watching Victory if I being honest. It became a lot harder to get emotional about it once I learned what Zanscare was up to in the episodes before this one.

I love Gundam Victory but it dose go very far off the rails at some points. I love the unique looks of the Zanscare Empire's Mobile Suits as they tend to have this insect vibe that set's them apart. Victory also has Gundam's greatest 'Worst Girl' In Katejina Loos.

I'll always have to say that I like Victory Gundam-with reservations. The series highs genuinely move me, but then the lows are some of the worst shit ever. It's so up and down after the 20-ish episode point, that it's hard for me to say that I unreservedly like the series.

I was watching the entire series from the start, up until this point. I've been spoiled by Stardust Memory and War in the Pocket 😭

This and Uso meeting a Zanscare family, dealing with elements of guilt, make Victory worth watching.
