Great to see the leader of the largest educator's union actually in the room with government giving their point of view. Of course he's right. Some CEO pay is ludicrously out of kilter with classroom pay. This is public money!!

@EALDominicB Supported 3 teachers recruited by a Trust in London to work in one of its schools. As an HR professional and Chair of a board was disgusted by the way these teachers were treated. They were from Canada.

There is a school employing intervention mentors who have no basic GCSEs to teach internally excluded students. The school is part of a trust with a CEO. How do we ensure students get value for money education when such practices are allowed.
