You know it doesn’t make much difference to immigration. So why not just be honest and say you want to ditch the UN Refugee Convention?

@andie1105 Wouldn’t it be easier just to ignore the ECHR where appropriate, like lots of other countries often do, and like we did over votes for prisoners?

Glad these cases are now getting public scrutiny. This has been going on for a long time now.

All the government need to do is make the UK Supreme Court trump the ECHR as it did before BLiar changed it 🤷🏻‍♂️
