@bbcnickrobinson Farage is a grifter spouting lines that only benefit his paymasters. If the BBC want to keep airing his nonsense they should at least move it to comedy hour.

@bbcnickrobinson Farage destroyed Nick in this interview. Very weak attempts to try and discredit him. Surprised, Nick didn't try pull out the pathetic Putin sympathiser attack.

@bbcnickrobinson But Farage seems to think we would still have the right to tell China to look after the environment even if we scrapped any efforts ourselves. Incoherent. #NetZero #R4Today

@bbcnickrobinson Dear me - an interview? Farage sat there and said what he liked with very little interruption/pushback. There must be a hundred instances like this 👇that most 'journalists' ignore. The man is an outright liar.

@bbcnickrobinson Nigel Farage: We should scrap the net zero targets as they are going to make zero difference to me and my supporters as we will be dead by 2050?

@bbcnickrobinson Net zero is silly, for its own sake. We don’t however need to open coal mines. Start with domestic gas which is inherently cleaner.

@bbcnickrobinson Not a Farage fan, but he's absolutely right about net zero being pointless and catastrophic for the UK economy

@bbcnickrobinson In July 2024 85% of voters voted for parties with clear manifesto commitments to net zero on or before 2050. Every MP in parliament except Reform stood on those manifestos. It’s the overwhelming will of the people.
