I've said it before and I'll say it again the only reason these people do this is they have no fear of punishment. We need to arrest them, and send them to hard labor work camps, and we also need to establish corporal punishment, public caning. We need to bring pain back into the criminal justice system. Then and only them will they understand what they can and can't do. But right now, they do what they want to, because they're not afraid of being arrested, most of the time they won't spend more than an hour in jail if that. That's not punishment, that's an inconvenience.
