@kotak811 It's really unfair not to give existing customers any upgrade options, even though some users are interested. To attract new people, you launched the card, and it's been more than a year, and it's still only for new customers. Why do you take your old users for granted?

Can you ask team check for these scam on credit card 👇 Authorized agents from Kotak promising Lifetime Free (LTF) credit cards! 🚨 They call from random mobile numbers, share SMS links, tweak parameters (like feeCode in the application URL), and claim the card is LTF. But when you check with official Kotak customer care, they deny it and fees get charged later. This matches reports where URL manipulation shows LTF on screen, but the bank doesn’t honor it post-approval/KYC. Many end up fighting for waivers. Check this Reddit post

But I think we should all take Adam’s advice when he says that we should “be honest with ourselves and start listening to the truth that is behind it, and if you doubt me, do your own research.” Hopefully this is an encouragement for Adam to take his own advice in this particular topic.
