.CFTC Chairman Mike Selig on blockchain prediction markets: Today, we're taking action by coming out with some clear guidance that will help our exchanges self-certify contracts and have rulebooks. We're also going to be coming out later today with an advanced notice of proposed rule making. We intend to set clear rules of the road for this new asset class and these new markets.
