Perfect decision purely because she has a heart and a familiarity with her surroundings and those close to her. To watch her board a plane to Japan would be incredibly tough and not something I could ever do to an animal I have a bond with. I’m pleased she is staying. Well done.

I spoke with a very experienced owner not so long ago (he has had winners at Royal Ascot and elsewhere) and he said that there are two types of horses you should always sell on: very poor ones and very good ones. A former colleague of mine bought a filly for 20k, had a provisional offer of £100k after she won at Newmarket. Turned it down and she never won again. Regressed with every run. I just hope this group don’t live to regret that decision.

@ConnorsWinners I would much easily live with the fact we didn’t sell her and she regressed rather than selling her and watch her win multiple group ones for someone else who would be experiencing our dream. As I said some things are worth more than some money in your bank account
