Andy Schectman says he agrees with Michael Oliver’s bullish view on precious metals and says the current volatility is not a reason to lose faith. He says silver may feel choppy day to day, but from a bigger-picture view it is still making higher highs and higher lows. In his view, physical metal is being transferred from weak, price-sensitive holders to stronger hands, while China, the East and central banks continue pulling gold and silver out of the West.
