I remember about a year ago when I first started speaking out about what is happening to our country. I had a British born Muslim in my inbox threatening to “cut my head off like Lee Rigby”. Saying the usual things I often see them say: “We have infiltrated every level of your society from law, education to politics”. “I was born here and we’re going nowhere”. “This is our country now”. “Where are your big hard football hooligans now?” I can remember feeling truly defeated because I knew he was right. I knew how many were born here who hate us that were stuck with and many more are coming. He knew it and I knew it too. But it makes me proud to see that people are fighting back. I would love to see his thoughts on all of this now 😂 I know many more think like him too and they will be absolutely raging. They thought we were easy. They mistook our niceness for weakness and thought we would stay silent for ever. Our people conquered the world. Never underestimate the spirit of the British people. They could never conquer us. The only reason they have come close is because our government allowed them here and spoon fed them. So if we have to take on the government too then it must me done 🇬🇧

Yup, that was my immediate reaction when I saw the fans. Built so well, they looked straight out of a Chinese factory. I had to immediately call Prakash and ask if they were really made in India, because they looked and felt too good to be true. if this is the direction we’re heading, I’m unapologetically bullish on Indian manufacturing Why are we still doubting ourselves? And what will it take for us to finally back our own factories with full conviction?

So... I literally oneshotted this code with Claude Sonnet 3.7 for replicating the exact same browser sandbox runtime that Manus uses. And I am going to open-source it, welcome contributions for building out the React VNC client, integrating to browser use, agent loop, etc. But we need a name first, should we call it... - Autonomous Neural Universal System - Magnus - or ?

The fandom right now feels like a sinking ship. Everyone’s just scrambling to prove they were on the “right side,” so when it finally goes under, they can either jump and pretend they were never on board or stay, silently waiting for someone else to come and save it. I’ve never seen a fandom this toxic so many are just waiting for a chance to trample over all the effort and hard work with no shame if you don’t like what someone is doing you can just ignore them !! But honestly, it doesn’t matter anymore. Because actions will always speak louder than words. And I still believe in us. Yep! We spent a 21 months building Werm, and we’re genuinely proud of how we’ve done things. We’ll keep doing everything possible to build great products. What you see now is the result of countless iterations from the version shown in the below video. With just three people, building and scaling a multiplayer game has been incredibly challenging, even large studios struggle with this. The 21 months of development were necessary. We went through multiple rebuilds, learned a ton about launches, and built real relationships across the ecosystem. We stayed away from presales and token launches because the product wasn’t ready. Now we finally feel confident to give it a real shot. There’ll be bumps along the way, but unlike most crypto projects built on hype, we’re launching with an actual product and genuine intent to make it work. We believe we’re doing it the right way and that’s how we plan to keep going. The goal is for the community to trust that when we build, it’s 100% real, never a scam. More news to come about Werm!

I need honest answers Nigerians: So last year we moved to this Estate in Owerri from Onitsha, my father bought the land years back so last year we finally built on it and moved in. Since then we have been taking care of the street because we are the first to finish building and moved in others haven't and some lands are still empty. So now we want to use our fathers name to register the street but they told my mom that we will be paying to the government every year to keep our street name, this made her now told another person who is also building in our street to use his name and register it, she said she can't afford to do that. So my question is why should we pay to the government to keep our street name, shouldn't the government pay us for keeping the environment clean ?

Never told this story publicly, but here you go: Last year, Jump n Pass (Techstars '23) ran out of funds. Was largely deceived by this African VC, and was stupidly depending on their promised funds. Anyways, market timing and building a product that was way ahead of its time in Africa made it difficult to raise. In a bid to save my company I used the last funds in the account and started selling meat. Yes, you read right. I convinced my co-founder Rex Quadry and together we went to the Kara cow market, bought cows and started a cow sharing business. We were killing cows in our building and selling it for parts. Lol. Toni owned the marketing of our meat. 2 months after, we won the Zenith bank hackathon, and 2 days after, I jumped on a plane to San Francisco to rebuild our business for another market. 1 week after arriving the US, we got into Founders Inc and got funded. Our story is still being written, but today, when VCs ask, “what’s your moat.” I almost want to say: “I am the moat.” lol We don’t give up over here.
