7 days ago they wanted to put him to sleep. Today storm can 100% stand on his own. He is still building back up but just look at the little kiss and tail wag at the end. He knows he’s safe now ❤️

There was a lot going on today but managed to weigh Tina… 23kg up from 12.5kg. Looking so good now. Also found time to teach little Buttons how to play fetch 🎾. 2 incredibly good girls you’d have to say. 🥰🥰🥰

Update on Tractor Trev 🚜 It’s not been easy. Firstly he’s got sick again, today he had a fever and his eyes were swollen. It was vital we got him to the vets but as always he’s just so hard to move keeping in mind he doesn’t tolerate a harness and we have to be careful with his neck. We brought Chow again and it kind of worked 😅… for now Trev is back in the vets and having his fever treated and to just keep an eye on him. Send love 🙏🏻❤️

We wish we had a bigger update on Mr. Bear today, but unfortunately, there isn't much change. He is still very sick and fighting a tough battle. The most important thing right now is that he is finally safe with us, and our medical team is doing absolutely everything in our power to fix him.

Jumbo has more or less stopped eating now. He can’t even stomach his fav 7-11 sausages and leaves them untouched. Tried Wagyu beef tonight. Went down a treat but then like all his food now came back up 30 seconds later. 😴 He’s tired now. The body is shutting down. He’s still comfortable and mobile but if the decision needs to be made it will. ⏰ There’s no exact science to this. I’ve found the dog always tells you when it’s time and makes it obvious. 🧑‍💻One bit of random advice for bosses / managers is to give people time off if their pets are on the way out. You might not be an animal person yourself but I promise you for people who are it’s one of the hardest things they’ll experience. A little time off or compassion will not be forgotten in a hurry. Jumbo is tired. I have a little anxiety from being on edge for him for couple of weeks. But we are totally happy as we go to sleep tonight. We are both exactly where we need to be right now. Have a lovely weekend everybody 🥰🙏

After getting brain damage 2 weeks ago and being told he had to be put to sleep it’s been a steep learning curve for little Stormzy. He keeps falling but he refuses to stay down. It’s become obvious that his recovery will take some time. He needs patience, love and medical care. So we spoke with his owner and he agreed. He is a lovely man who had Stormzy’s 2 other siblings and lives in a very busy area. He was delighted when we said we could give Stormzy a better life. We are also helping him with sterilizing the dogs in his area. He is a very good man. Especially to know what is best for Stormzy. I’m sure our inbox will be full of requests about Stormzy but the truth is that’s a long way off. He needs a lot of patience and care which he will get with us. Things are really starting to look up for the little man ❤️ You can follow his journey on Happy Doggo
