We already have a shortage ffs. This us such a hard demanding job but is actually classed as low skilled. They get paid a pittance. We've been blessed by some wonderful people who have come to work in this sector.

Plenty of people in this country that can work. Get them working or stop all benefits. 👍🏻

I interviewed 2 carers for my cousin. Neither could speak much english and had not had any criminal checks. Surely there must be enough english people that could train as carers.
