Where will this nuclear plant be built? Good luck finding a community who are happy to host that in Scotland! And if you think ferries overrun and costs soared, try building a nuclear power plant! Hinkley was slated at £18bn, now estimating £36bn! Scotland doesn’t need nuclear!

No SMR design has even completed the design licensing process in the UK. The timescales for an SMR (about the same size as Torness) are such that you and I will be a long time cold in the dirt before it's finished. Ideological insanity.
