James Coates, son of Ian Coates - one of three people killed in the Nottingham attack, explains his hopes for the ongoing inquiry into the killings. Nottingham Police told us they wouldn’t be commenting while the Inquiry was ongoing but in the past have apologised to the families for some failings in their work. NHS England has also apologised unreservedly to the families of the victims and says that what happened was "not acceptable".
