September of 2021 Ontario implemented the segregation passport system, November 2021 my employer of 19 years fired me for refusing to accept the vax, by December, I along with millions of Canadians were banned from traveling by plane or train. Come January the Liberals were pushing for 3 doses to be mandatory with more restrictions coming. It was a dark time for millions. I will never forget when I first started hearing about the Freedom Convoy, and what I witnessed during it. We were not alone. It brought hope to so many when they needed it. I will forever be grateful to Tamara, Chris and everyone else involved. 👊🏻

Little girls had a test to see if they truly want to adopt a pet or not! They were upset after they left an animal shelter without adopting a puppy. After sitting in their car seats and crossing their arms, they cried while explaining that no other dog would be as perfect as the one they had just met. As I drove towards the auditorium in the South Western Command of the Indian Army, I saw posters of army officers and jawans at regular intervals, that won various bravery awards. Some laid down their lives for our country while others came back with scars from the battlefield. These men were husbands, sons, brothers & fathers. They are part of our armed forces and they gave up their today for our tomorrow ! We will never know them. Most of us will never hear of them, think of them or miss them. We might mention their sacrifice in a conversation & admire their bravery for a moment before we get on with our lives. This sad reality hit hard as I struggled to bring a smile on my face when I reached the event for Army Women’s Welfare Association ( AWWA) At the event I met the women that would miss these men everyday & every moment of their lives. I met their kids and I saw their smiles. There were no complaints & no tears ! Just pride, strength & sacrifice. There was so much bravery in that auditorium it humbled me beyond words. It was truly my honour to share the stage with these Veer Naris & their families🙏 I went with a small contribution to say thank you for your service & for your sacrifice. I wanted them to know they are not forgotten & we are indebted to them forever. I left with a smile on my face & with so much gratitude in my heart. Political violence is suddenly acceptable? There’s been a disturbing rise in people treating assassination and terrorism as legitimate tools for political change in the United States. During the war in Gaza, some supporters of Hamas openly promoted “bringing the war home” and “escalating for Palestine.” We saw this again when Luigi Mangione murdered a CEO of a health company, and many celebrated it, and when groups like Hezbollah, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the Houthis were praised as “resistance” heroes. Recent attacks on Jewish communities in Colorado and Michigan were met with similar excuses or justification. When people move from “understanding” violence to endorsing it, they set a precedent that extends far beyond Israel and Palestine or any single political issue. It corrodes the democratic norms that protect free expression, personal safety, and the ability to disagree without resorting to force. Some activists on the political left have openly flirted with the idea of political violence as a path to “revolutionary potential,” as Hasan Piker and others have stated when it comes to attacks against President Trump. If this trend continues unchecked, the United States risks a dangerous downward spiral from which we may never recover.

Happy Final Space Friday! Got another soundtrack piece "One Final Talk" from Andrew Goodwin and now that I'm hearing more music it's hard for me to imagine this novel without the music. It adds so much emotion for our final ride. Me and Seth went over all the notes from our test readers and are starting to fix the spelling errors and grammar stuff. There are a couple page fixes for three moments to land even harder that I'm going to give Daz Daz Tibbles, today! So the good new is there isn't a lot to fix or add. I'm currently combing the novel to find the right spot to add our embedded soundtrack and blending it into the story as best as possible. There will be some adds with this too. I'm also finishing up the back matter to the novel with will include a written goodbye from me and sketches of pages from ideas to ink to color which will be cool. And I'm hoping to put an audio commentary from Daz and I as we talk over each part. I really like this idea so you all can follow along as we talk about it. Now color were getting there, we have to fix Part 3, Part 4 (we fixed the inking so we need to fix the coloring), were coloring Part 5, Part 7 still needs to be colored and then Part 8. I'm playing with the idea that part of PART 8 will be black and white and then the color comes back and a killer moment (it's apart of the story) but this has been an idea I was playing around with since the beginning and it looks REALLY cool. There was a performance aligned with that as well, and we even began today’s show with that song. We also got to hear our hyung’s voice again after a long time. And he is never someone who is left out of this story, never. So we are not talking about it in a sad or difficult way anymore, because he truly was with us, and still is. That’s why he’s always a part of our past stories. Tonight’s concert begins with the message hyung wanted to share, and we wanted to end it with the message we want to send back to him. This is the unedited part of the interview I granted a blog in 2017 (nine years ago) emphasising that APC may not be a Party of saints (which, I repeat, is a matter of fact), BUT it is still far better than where we were coming from. Some characters edited the last part of my statement out of it. And today, I repeat it again, I will be a fool to say APC is a Party of saints. And anyone who declares any Party to which he/she belongs as a Party of saints will also be a fool. But, on the balance, the APC still holds the best hope for the country and we cannot return to the era of PDP where you had some of the characters who are running for President today. It was only Mr. President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Bola Ahmed Tinubu that never hopped onto that battered train of PDP at that time.

That’s lazy, ahistorical analysis that can only be pushed by someone who either has a dirty agenda or does not follow what I’ve said on record about Tagwirei and his coterie of corrupt political elites for years. That’s lazy, ahistorical analysis that can only be pushed by someone who either has a dirty agenda or does not follow what I’ve said on record about Tagwirei and his coterie of corrupt political elites for years. Some may have only woken up to Tagwirei’s corruption today but we’ve been condemning it since Command Ugly Culture in 2019. We can walk and chew gum - ie condemn the June 2008 violence and the corruption that characterized Mugabe’s era (especially as we are in June) AND condemn the corruption and mismanagement of today. Why must we whitewash the past with no accountability or sincere acknowledgment that the people were wronged? Do we want what seems expedient or what will set us on a true path of progress? We do not like either of these iterations of the system. There is no good poison and bad poison. The system has to go. To put the matter to bed, Zanu PF in whatever shape or form is rotten to the core. Their model, which is based on cronyism, patronage, corruption and violence can never take us into the future. Unless one is malicious, they’ll know that I’ve been saying this for years. We need new leaders.🇿🇼
