We will not let Kashmir become UP-Bihar

Why drag Bihar unnecessarily into it when such nuisance is done by people from West UP, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab. Show me video of Biharis doing such nuisance. The vehicle clearly is from UP. Also, why not consider banning alcohol like Bihar. FYI - Consumption or Sale of alcohol is illegal in Bihar. Yes, it's available through smuggling but nobody can drink in open. Bihar is land of Buddha, land of enlightenment , land of peace where we allowed numerous religions to flourish.
