@DaveWardGS Not interested until all revisions have been reversed. Part timers get the full £1400 like full timers. RM get rid of all the top board members and get people in who actually care for their staff and customers. Still voting NO

@DaveWardGS Amazing how this additional lump sum has just turned up. Chuck em a few extra quid. Won't even cover the childcare costs I'll incur now for the longer day. Lost more on strike days then you'll get back. Can't believe you can even put this horrendous deal to the members.

@DaveWardGS I'm voting yes, not because I think it's a great deal, but because Royal Mail will see a No vote as a excuse end any further negotiations. The golden age of unions holding businesses to account are long gone.
