We will not submit to your threats and blackmail. We will not worship you. We worship a living God in heaven. We worship no human being. You will not believe.

We don’t worship justice—we worship consumption. Threaten that, and people lose their minds. We’re not hungry for truth—we’re hungry for stuff. And deep down, we know it’s because we’re empty. Love people. Use things. Not the other way around.

Post 63 The Difference Between Worship and Prayer Worship is for its own sake; prayer embodies a self-interest element; that is the great difference between worship and prayer. There is absolutely no self-request or other element of personal interest in true worship; we simply worship God for what we comprehend him to be. Worship asks nothing and expects nothing for the worshiper. We do not worship the Father because of anything we may derive from such veneration; we render such devotion and engage in such worship as a natural and spontaneous reaction to the recognition of the Father’s matchless personality and because of his lovable nature and adorable attributes. Paraphrasing The Urantia Book 5:3.3

If you agree with Wes Huff on this we need to talk... This is nuts. This sort of God is not worthy of worship.

Worship is not just something we do… it’s the way we live our lives. This is a reminder I am holding onto as we move into 2025.

"I do like arguing, absolutely flatly contrary to the image. We argue things out and that is the way we come to a conclusion." "But in the end they should agree with you?" "In the end, we come to the right conclusion."😂
