We would leave the ECHR, repeal the Human Rights Act and abolish immigration tribunal appeals. The Home Office would decide deportations. That is a radical change to how we control our borders.

How sweet, you think the Home Office which is full of immigrants is going to deport immigrants.

leaving the ECHR and repealing the human rights act won’t stop the boats! It will give us normal folk less rights at work and you’ll be re creating a world where the rich are the ruling class no one in the right mind would vote for less rights than what we have now

Only a total imbecile would want to leave the ECHR to join Russia and Belarus outside its protections.

David Cameron made lots of pre-election promises too. And Boris Johnson. And look how that turned out for immigration control. Are the 2026 Conservatives different from them, or the same? I'm not taking any chances. I won't be trusting you with my vote.

So you want me to lose all these rights....sod off and jog on!

You had 14 years in power, a Commons majority, and every chance to do this. Instead net migration hit record highs, small-boat crossings exploded, and foreign-offender numbers in the community kept climbing. Now, out of office, it’s suddenly “radical change” and “the Home Office decides”. That’s not a plan. That’s campaign copy after the fact.

Don’t believe a word of it. You are the high tax mass immigration party. This is what @KemiBadenoch said whilst the Tories were in government. “As a first-generation immigrant, can I welcome the Home Secretary’s statement? I feel this immigration White Paper is a move from the 20th century to a much better future immigration system.” “In particular I’d like to thank the Home Secretary for removing annual limits on work visas and also on international students, both of which I lobbied for on behalf of the Wellcome Sanger Institute and Anglia Ruskin University, which serve my constituency.” Badenoch is a complete fraud, she will never deliver the immigration policy we urgently need.

When an empty cinema popcorn bucket has more inside it that this waffling jagaloon you know he means buisness lol.

We will have to ensure that you are NEVER in power. You're not removing our Human rights!

Get rid of human rights, feck off

Why are you so willing to pull an entire nation out of a human rights treaty, to fix 1 area?. Are you that incompetent that you think the public believes you for 1 second that this isnt a ploy to remove EVERYONES protections.

Just use the damn law! Why do politicians have to complicate things? Lock them up for 4 years and it stops after 3 boats. Nobody breaks into a country to do 4 years in prison ffs.

Why wouldn’t we want to hand over our rights to the Tory party? What could possibly go wrong?

Once you have e left the ECHR you would be free to persecute the elderly, sick and disabled with inhumane welfare cuts. You would bring in euthanasia clinics and kill off as many as you could. It isn’t just about migrants is it @cphilpofficial.

Then why was this not done when you had the chance? It is the Conservatives who are responsible for this mess in the first place.

More lies from @Conservatives. Why should we trust them to do something they repeatedly said they would, from 2010 until 2024, yet refused repeatedly, instead imported more immigrants? Worse, they have a party leader who bragged about lobbying for more immigration.

Conservative had their chance they were asked by their supporters to do this and instead they opened up the boarder and started welcoming everyone in

I don't trust the Tories to deliver. You had years in government to act on these issues and people were raising them the whole time. Why should voters believe these promises now?

Do you trust the Home Office? How many Muslims work there now?

You had 14 years And did FUCK ALL

Patriots have a home and it's not a traitorous gaslighting uniparty that has totally f***ed these nations.

Leaving the ECHR and ending tribunal appeals is a start, but it is not radical enough. Two things are still missing. Other treaties, above all the 1951 Refugee Convention, would continue to prevent returns. And there is no working removal machine: detention places, returns deals, and a real offshore processing system. With proper offshore processing we should not even see them hitting the shoreline. Intercept, process and remove before they land. Anything less leaves the same problem on British beaches.

Conservatives playing leap frog with Reform and Restore. Now farther right, ready to merge as Kemi is standing down wets (or old style conservative MP’s) to let in Reforms rather salacious candidates for the grand alliance should her polling stay the same.

Yea right , we believe you 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Tories telling you what they had 14 yrs to do and did nothing, don't fall for their lies again! They don't even mention the actual problems!

And we would lose our employment rights, weekends off, sick pay, get longer working hours, higher bills, no free healthcare and you’ll steal our pensions. Boring, boring, boring.

No you wouldn't you are all talk half your party are wet liberals

The fully infiltrated Home Office. Seriously?

How many times has the ECHR prevented deportations from the U.K.?

After 14 years of the Tories laying waste to the country and economy, selling us out and replacing my people and towns with alien people and cultures, there's nothing that would convince me to trust the Tories again.

You have four issues: 1. Too little 2. Too late 3. Tories have proven they can’t be trusted 4. You insult us by having a Yoruba anchor baby as leader. GFY
