Weapon contamination challenges people to engage in their regular activity to survive. ICRC provided cash assistance to 9,000 people affected by weapon contamination in Newi, Gororo and Dernetseb of Kola Tembien, Central Zone, #Tigray region to help them get their basic needs.

On Friday in Hatay, I met with many people affected by the devastating Feb 6 earthquakes to understand their needs and challenges. Thanks to Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration partners @msyd_arsa, IOM Türkiye, & UNICEF Türkiye for providing life-saving support to affected communities and vulnerable groups.
