Cyclone Ditwah update from Google Deepmind AI model ------------------------ Since there is lot of interest on the entry of AI models lets see what the latest AI model of Google says on the projected track of Ditwah. Note Chennai and KTCC rains will be only from late 29th to 30th November. No extreme rainfall is expected from this cyclone for Chennai. There will be heavy rainfall and a chance for very heavy rainfall too in KTCC / Chennai. St Armand's Circle in Sarasota, Florida late Tuesday evening. MAJOR rains fell with significant flooding ongoing there and Bradenton. Rain is over 10.3" just from Tuesday officially in Sarasota. In fact, 3.93" of rain fell from 7-8PM EDT Tuesday, which is the most ever observed in 1 hour in the history of Sarasota weather records (1972). Also, statistically getting this much rain in such short time is about a 1 : 1,000 year flood for this part of FL. That does not mean it happens one only every thousand years, but the chance in any given year is around 0.1%! 🎥: Via Noel Haydon

Whilst there's more rain to come this weekend and into next week, the largest rainfall totals will be in more resilient parts of the UK, where very wet weather is much more common 🌧️ Areas hit hardest by flooding in recent weeks will see some rain, but nowhere near as much 👇

If you didn't get rain the last few days, the next 48hrs could fix that. Widespread showers and a few outright downpours possible most of the day and tomorrow. HRRR model predicts the heaviest cells today will stay south of I40. Severe weather isn't a concern but minor flooding in low lying areas is possible. Radar at 715am.

Lots of rain last fall, very little snow, extremely wet conditions at start of seeding to 112 km winds moving lots of dirt that hasn’t moved since the 80s All over 18 days but #plant2026 is completed in time for 1” rain. For our area this is normal seeding times. Estevan.

This is the Indian team, which stayed completely calm after winning the match against Pakistan no wild celebrations, no shouting, no abuse. Now just imagine, if Pakistan had won this match instead of India, their players would have been shouting loudly and celebrating a lot on the ground. But India did not do that. In front of India, the Pakistan team is just like teams such as Nepal, USA, or Zimbabwe. For India, defeating them is not a big deal.🤷‍♂️

The Long Island Expressway was shut down in both directions, and the F train suspended service due to station flooding at Jamaica-179th Street.
