He asks people to meet him in person and do his "deflocking" with him. Who would connect with strangers online to meet up with in person to go and do illegal things with? Wouldn't you worry a police officer would meet up with you? He doesn't really do much damage to the cameras. He puts a sticker on them and cuts a wire. Is he just putting on a show for money?
