Polish MUFC fans welcome Andy Cole, who travelled to meet them with Pete Boyle this weekend. Loads turned up, with money raised for charity too.

My greatest Weekend Classic moment ever Bottom 8, up 4-0. Felix Hernandez loads the bases. In comes Mark Davis. Then … cinema. The good guys went on to win 4-0

"AI slop" or "vibe coding" is so wrong. I spent the weekend making my site stupid fast. Results? Instant page loads, no stale data, and the fastest app I've ever built. All the little details 🧵

Dashing into the weekend like🏃‍♀️⚡️ But for real, I love the Sigma Dash ability - feels sooo smooth. Perfect for juking enemies, zipping around the map, stealing Sigma & making a clean escape, or chasing down enemies carrying loads of it! 😏

That was difficult to stomach for these travelling fans. Armstrong’s goal was actually really nice, fluid touch, turn and finish. He should start next weekend. But big problems at present for Still’s side. Six points from six games, loads left to play for but poor. #SaintsFC

We charge by the truck, not by the hour. When you pay $10,000 for a truck load of aggregate we try to get in and out in 90 seconds flat. We deliver 100 truck loads a day with our Aggregate Cannon. Unrelated, I’m shopping for a new Denali this weekend.

Rookie EMF mistake: Airbnb edition... You're checking the magnetic fields on the bed with everything off- no loads running. It might look perfectly fine. But you could be missing a hidden wiring error that spikes fields exactly when you need good sleep most. Here's why it matters...A "load" is just any appliance drawing current- like a space heater, AC unit, or fan. Last weekend at an A-frame rental, the bed surface read a clean ~0.3 mG with no loads. Turn on the space heater? Same spot jumped to 1.24 mG. Not ideal for overnight exposure. Digging deeper showed sloppy wiring, def not done by a pro or to code, which created elevated fields only under load. The key takeaway for EMF-conscious travelers: In sleeping areas, especially if you'll run heat, AC, or other loads at night, test magnetic fields both before and after turning them on. P.S. This is a separate issue from direct fields emitted by the appliance itself, like from a nearby fan or compressor.

HEAVY SINGLES heading into Opening Weekend ⚾️ 20+ guys pulling over 400lbs 📈 To be clear, this wasn’t a “MAX Day.” We did hit some PRs, even though that wasn’t necessarily the goal. Heavy singles are programmed throughout the off-season, pre-season, & in-season for multiple reasons: ▪️Develop and/or preserve strength ▪️⬆️ Force Production ▪️Exposure to higher training loads ▪️Health/Feel Self-Assessment ▪️Avoid excessive soreness from higher volumes and/or max effort lifts (we want their systems fresh for practice, especially during pre-season) When you consistently crush the basics week in & week out, you earn the opportunity to lift big time weights.

worked on Aero Allocator this weekend. it's a next-epoch demand map for . it answers the only questions that matter before you vote or LP: - which pools will actually print fees next epoch - where vote share is mispriced vs that forecast - how to split veAERO (or liquidity) without blindly copying last week - dashboard used to sit there for up to a minute. now it loads instantly and refreshes in the background. wait’s gone - before you vote it warns you if that vote would make you the majority of a near-empty gauge — so you don’t look like you’re propping a pool nobody else is in - forecast panel now just says, in words, whether the model beats “assume last epoch repeats” browse free. no wallet until you actually sign. live: demo: open source:

I listened to a radio phone in show in the car for a bit on LBC (yes I know what it’s like). I was shocked to still hear the presenter banging on in almost hysterical terms about the masked men in Dover at the weekend. Given there was no violence and no arrests, and we’ve seen it at loads of other Protests, why such an overboard reaction. Then I realised……it’s fear. They are terrified that the normally disjointed, overly emotional, uncontrollable working classes might be uniting. Might be getting organised. Might be showing discipline. Might be developing a strategy. That terrifies them because they know the power of the masses and if the masses unite and work as a unit they cannot control or defeat it. And THAT is why the reaction has been so hysterical.
