Rates up higher for longer, higher oil prices pushes inflation up, another possible rate hike to come, global geopolitical tensions fuels USD demand as well, bullish intraday and HTF structure. The reason why USD has been so bullish is because of the Feds pushing the rates up higher for longer narrative and neutral rates being up higher long term. ZIRP (zero interest rate policy) faded so we would need a real catalyst for USD weakness so for now we continue to chug away the Dollar Domination train until policy lag effects are highlighted in weaker US economic data.
