This month's update includes several balances to helicopters and how players combat them. 🚁🎯💥 Throwing flares from your inventory will no longer distract homing missiles. When a flare launcher is reloading, subsequent homing missiles will pose a legitimate risk to the helicopter, and the pilot will need to choose whether to fight or flee. Read more on our DevBlog:

Quick Superlogical demo to end the week. This demo is just of the basic functionality, but I want to highlight just how FAST it is. There's a WHOLE lot more functionality already present and coming but I wanted to keep the demo short. But seriously, check out that speed. I'm showing the macOS app here and I get asked a lot so let me just say up front: its not macOS only. We're still figuring out exactly what platforms will be stable enough for the initial public release, but we're working on others. In particular, the web interface is very functional but I'll demo that another time (or someone else will). This is also all showing off the architecture I previously talked about for terminal multiplexing which is significantly different from other mainstream multiplexers: this is all a custom binary protocol where the server is maintaining N replica distributed terminal state machines. It works! Tons of hard work going into this by the team almonk Hector Simpson jack. Hope we can bring you something you can use soon. ❤️ Happy to answer questions in the replies.

The Benefits of Explosive Lifting You must eventually learn to lift in an explosive manner in order to achieve higher recruitment of the muscle fibres - as well as your fascia. You do NOT want to become a one dimensional slow slug because you’re always controlling and moving slow only using machines. Form is important, but once you’ve learned that, up the intensity in your training. Slow and controlled has its place - but so does fast and explosive. To be able to recruit higher levels of neuromuscular output - you need to practice this skill. This will also improve the slowness or lack of fast twitch muscle fibres that weightlifting can have the effect of in someone that only does weightlifting. If you’re explosively lifting then you translate some of that explosiveness in other activities.

In both scenarios the true essence of ascending from oneself or one’s life is through the process of becoming closer to that which is greater than self. Either by mirroring God through your life or by removing the ego in the present moment to shift your consciousness in such a way that you share the same space with the Creator. In both of these scenarios there starts with the belief or faith that there is a something greater than “I” or self. It is a way of being, a path taken. It is not “religion” or “books” that save us, these are only guides or guardrails. But it is within our own being the ability to ascend, or create that relationship. Not through good deeds and donating to charity or receipting every Bible verse, but an internal alignment of values, a perspective that seeks Truth, Life and wholeness in ALL things, not for profit or personal gain but because it IS the way of the universe. Humans have free will, the ability to choose, and it is this choice that gives us the power, the power to change or stay the same. It all starts within.
