From contortionists, a moon man, and a massive cow, they keep it really weird in the best way. Sadly, I did not see the bubble man this trip. He’s my favorite. I have sampled most of the menu over the years but this time I splurged on the table-side mozzarella. So, this magician comes out and turns crumbly curds into silky creamy heaven with the best cheese pull you will ever see.
