Good story, good advice, Thank you.

You’re welcome Thank you for you service ❤️

My pleasure!

@FS41075 I love this!! All my uncles and dad were in VIETNAM THEATER! Please pass this on.

@FS41075 That sounds 50 times better than thank you for your service

@FS41075 I wasn’t alive then, but the stories I’ve heard and old videos I’ve seen are disgraceful!! Those men were drafted, had a terrible time, and a$$holes spit on them when they got home!! Disgraceful and disgusting behavior by everyone who participated in that disrespect

@FS41075 Wow, that's really touching. God bless them all .

@FS41075 Absolutely!!! My father and Uncles are all Vietnam Vets. AO has taken the lives of both my Uncles and destroyed my father’s health.

@FS41075 I love it!! I am going to start the same trend because these heroes are getting few and far between

@FS41075 Im gonna start doing this!

@FS41075 I returned and the cab driver said that I was a loser. That the United States had never lost a war until you losers in Vietnam. I returned to college in the south and had a trashcan of watered garbage dumped on me as I was in my dress whites for an inspection at the Reserves

@FS41075 "Baby Killers" is what many returning Vets were called. "Thank You For Your Service" is a very modern campaign that began around 2001...

@FS41075 I’m not crying, you’re crying.

@FS41075 My Dad was a Vietnam Vet- this is 100000% true!! Love you, miss you Dad!!!

@FS41075 My dad did 3 tours in Vietnam He never talked about it but my mom said they were treated horribly when coming back to the states

@FS41075 Valor🤜🤛

One of the WNC residents I’ve served after Hurricane Helene is a Vietnam Vet. Each time I meet with him he tells me more about his life. Through tears he shared that he’s felt so much hatred from people since returning home from Vietnam, yet since the devastation of a life turned upside down from Helene, he’s felt nothing but love ❤️. “Sarge” has opened my eyes to the need of honoring and thanking our Vietnam Vets.

@FS41075 I remember the soldiers coming home in 1970 😔

@FS41075 Hell yes!!

@FS41075 My dad is a Vietnam Veteran and I learned this when I was very young, I do this both irl and online.

@FS41075 This made me emotional. My father was a Vietnam Vet.

@FS41075 🫡 all veterans

@FS41075 I remember those days... It was a shameful time for this country.

@FS41075 🫡🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

@FS41075 Noted.

@FS41075 That’s true they weren’t

@FS41075 Hell yeah!

@FS41075 Oh I remember my husband Vietnam marine vet

@FS41075 Welcome home was the words that ment the most to my Vietnam veteran hubby. Also I'm glad you made it home.

@FS41075 🙏🏻🇺🇸

@FS41075 My father and his brother did 2 tours. God rest there soul's. I have photo albums to prove it.

@FS41075 Yep, they were spit on and called baby killers. Remember it well.

@FS41075 God bless you and thank you and yes, thank the men and women of our arm forces for all that they do to protect our freedom. God bless America.

@FS41075 My husband was spit upon and called a baby killer when he arrived in San Francisco airport in 1968. He had just finished basic training and was about to report to his first posting at Travis Air Force Base. Great start to his service.
