Every traffic stop is unlawful, unless the crime was committed or they suspect you of committing a crime. This policy enforcement officer is guilty of treason as is every police officer pulls people over and writes tickets for policies, statutes, codes that are not even Law.

These aren’t cops that protect and serve the people they’re code enforcement they spend more time harassing and extorting money from hard working people then they do stopping actual crime

While the driver was correct that he committed no crime which requires a victim. He did not remain in honor. Arguing with police is not honorable. Simply stating you do not answer questions and redirecting your questions to the “public servant” in a non hostile way ..is better.

@Popsmoke7007 Do what he says. I don't answer questions. Take it up with the judge. But in his defense. He got the truth out. Which could save his life. Because this Officer is trying to retaliate. If he goes to jail the whole dept is fuked.

This Cop is out of control. Needs a law suit on his surety bond.

They can't search people for a crime. They are to search crimes for suspects. No crime. No suspect.
