Lawyer slapped man several times in the man's office. Man finally took out his gun and shot the lawyer. The lawyer was walking away but after seeing the man brandishing a gun he came back inside. His bravado sealed his fate. Since the man shot the lawyer in his own office, he has a good case. This incident validates what Samuel Colt said: "God made some men big and some men small, but Colt made them all equal."
