Thank you Chicago for helping the Texas flood areas! PAWS Chicago - DISASTER RELIEF: “Late last night, our first of two transports from Texas arrived, bringing pets from shelters affected by the July 4 flash floods in the Texas Hill Country. These 22 dogs were in shelters before the floods began, and by bringing them to Chicago, those shelters now have more room to help the pets who were displaced by the storms and reunite lost pets with their families. Yesterday, these pups were flown into Nebraska on a Wings of Rescue flight from Concho Valley PAWS, a rescue organization based in San Angelo, Texas. Our volunteers were standing by to greet them and begin the final leg of their journey-driving more than 500 miles to bring them safely to our Medical Center. Today, they'll be seen by our vets and start the care they need to become adoption ready here in Chicago. And tomorrow, we will receive another transport flight from Austin Pets Alive!—a rescue organization that has been on the ground since the flooding began, supporting overwhelmed Texas shelters in the hardest-hit communities.” I hope and pray they all find their happy and loving forever homes.

2025 reflected a year of coordinated execution. As products expanded and new markets came online, the underlying platform continued to strengthen in step. Here’s what we built in the past 365 days 👇 Launching New Products The Gemini Credit Card evolved with the release of the Bitcoin, Solana, XRP, and American Business versions of the card, allowing our US customers to earn rewards in crypto, and additional benefits for businesses.* We launched the Gemini Wallet, giving users a powerful self-custody wallet to have more control over their digital assets and manage their finances onchain. In the European Union (EU), Gemini launched Tokenized Stocks**, bringing the world’s leading equities onto the blockchain with zero trading fees. We added Gemini Perpetuals** in the EU, putting the power of crypto derivatives with up to 100x leverage in the hands of advanced traders, and have continued to expand the number of perpetual contracts available – opening up new trading opportunities in memecoins, DeFi, and beyond. In Europe, users gained the ability to stake*** their ETH and SOL, unlocking the potential to earn rewards of up to 6% APR**** on their holdings. In Singapore, we launched Index Perpetual Contracts and expanded the available cross collateral funding options. We also made funding faster for Singapore users by adding PayNow and FAST. We introduced USD rails to our UK institutional customers, giving them more flexibility in the ways they can trade. Institutional Leadership We strengthened our leadership in institutional custody, including custodying Empery Digital’s $500 million BTC placement and facilitated their bitcoin purchases and derivatives trades. We also introduced the ability to stake SOL from custody for our institutional partners. We worked with Glassnode to produce the Bitcoin Adoption, Volatility, and Market Cap report, showing that bitcoin treasuries now control nearly a third of Bitcoin’s total supply. Company Milestones & Regulation After an IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange in September, Gemini became a publicly traded company. This year also marked a turning point for Gemini’s global ambitions. In October, Gemini launched in Australia and became AUSTRAC registered to bring industry-leading crypto tools to users down under. We also expanded further into the country by adding AUD banking rails for faster payments and deposits. We opened new offices around the world, including London, hosting an opening party with people from across the industry to celebrate. We also grew our customer service operations with a new office in Scottsdale, Arizona. In the EU, we obtained our Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) and Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II) licences, allowing us to bring our services to millions more across the region. Fostering a Global Community From DAS New York and Paris Blockchain Week, to TOKEN2049 in Singapore and the Australian Crypto Convention in Sydney, the Gemini team met local communities around the world. In March, we set a Guinness World Record for the largest aerial display of a currency symbol with a drone show at South by Southwest in Texas. In May, we teamed up with MARA Holdings to mine the Bitcoin “pizza block”, a tribute to the first real-world purchase using bitcoin. At BTC Vegas, we gave orange Tesla Cybertrucks to two lucky winners, while at BTC Amsterdam, we awarded a custom Bitcoin Apex Flare 4 Bike to a new customer. We left our mark on Amsterdam too, by biking around the city in the shape of a Bitcoin “₿” and decking out the city’s trams with our signature colors. The Gemini team also headed to Real Bedford football club to give out free pizza and merch to fans at the final match of the season, and celebrated the team’s promotion to Premier Division Central. Looking to the Future As we look to 2026, our focus has never been clearer. We plan to build on the successes of this year and continue offering secure and reliable access to digital assets, by pushing further with new product launches, deepened institutional ties, and an expanded presence in the EU and APAC. We’re proud of what we built and scaled in 2025 – and this was just the beginning. Onward and upward, Team Gemini Full recap here: * Gemini-branded credit products are issued by WebBank. ** Perpetuals and Tokenized Stocks are offered by Gemini Intergalactic EU Artemis, Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the MFSA under the Investment Services Act to offer certain services under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) to institutions and traders. Perpetuals and tokenized stocks are complex instruments that carry a high risk of loss and are not appropriate for all investors. You should consult a licensed advisor before engaging in any transaction. Tokenized stocks are manufactured by Dinari, Inc. *** Staking services are offered by Gemini Intergalactic EU, Ltd., but are not regulated activities and are not subject to regulatory oversight, conduct of business rules, or investor protection requirements established under Markets in Crypto Assets Act. **** APRs are indicative only and may change at any time. All investments involve risk, including possible loss of capital. For more information, please refer to your User Agreement with the relevant Gemini entity.

Mike is back and better than ever. Mike ( has undergone a major refresh packed with new features, design improvements, and quality-of-life enhancements. And as always, everything is open source. Here is a summary of the major updates: 1. Legal research Case law hallucinations are a massive problem. To address this, Mike's assistant can now produce grounded citations backed by case law from CourtListener. The integration is tight and highly intuitive. Every answer includes links to cited cases, along with supporting quotations from judicial opinions to substantiate each proposition made by the AI. The assistant also researches cases in much the same way a lawyer would. It retrieves potentially relevant authorities, verifies the accuracy of citations, and searches for keywords that align with the research topic. Support for additional jurisdictions will be added soon. 2. Improved user interface (UI) The UI has been redesigned around Apple's Liquid Glass design principles, giving the application a cleaner and more minimalist feel down to every modal and button. Mike is designed to be a place of calm where lawyers can focus amidst the chaos of legal practice. 3. Version control Lawyers are familiar with saving documents as new versions in document management systems such as iManage and NetDocuments. Mike now brings this workflow into projects by allowing users to save new versions on top of existing documents with a simple drag-and-drop action. This introduces order and clarity to matters where redlines and document versions can quickly become confusing, especially when there are five different files named "Final Execution Version." 4. Data control Users can now export their data and permanently delete their data directly from the Settings page. 5. Security Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now available. Users can enable MFA to protect sensitive actions within Mike, such as data deletion, and can also optionally require MFA during login. There have also been numerous backend security improvements since the previous release. 6. MCP connectors This was one of the most requested features. Users can now add MCP connectors directly from Settings. All tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest. In the demo video, I showcase the Neimo MCP from k-ID, a global age verification and compliance platform. Mike can also be connected to other MCP servers, including email systems. The setup process is currently somewhat manual, but one-click authentication and onboarding will be added in a future release. Mike now has a strong open-source community behind it and is improving every single day. The summary above highlights just some of the work that has been shipped over the past month. I'll also be doing more demos to showcase Mike's capabilities. See you soon.

Bottle Cap, the main currency of Subterra, is now live on @pumpdotfun! You might be wondering, what exactly is Subterra? Let me take you through how we're creating a new NFT meta with Subterra. ⬇️ Subterra is a dystopian story set in the year 2044. After Earth's surface was devastated by war and famine, humanity sought refuge in underground metro stations. To adapt to their harsh new environment, they merged with machines and adapted Bottle caps as currency. Why bottle caps? In the subterranean world, they became a rare and valuable commodity. In this gritty underground society, bottle caps aren't just a symbol of survival but also the heart of a unique economy. At the center of this world is Aither, a hub connecting the metro stations. Here, 4,444 survivors remain. Each survivor is represented by an NFT, completely unique in attributes and in personality. Holders of these NFTs shape their survivor's story. Name your character, craft their background and define their personality. Every NFT becomes a distinct, living part of the Subterra narrative. Through the Subterra website, you can verify your NFT and set these details. But that's just the beginning. Your survivor doesn't just sit in a wallet. They come alive in Subterra through an AI-driven story where characters autonomously interact in chatrooms representing different parts of Aither. Each chatroom, from The Command Center to the Cybernetics Lab, becomes a space where survivors talk, form alliances, and shape their own narrative. These characters aren't static—they'll interact with each other, evolve, and make their mark in Subterra's unfolding story. It's not just a world; it's a living, breathing experiment. The Bottle Cap currency will play a major role as we roll out future updates to the platform. It'll trigger events, unlock possibilities, and power the dynamic storylines of Subterra. If you've noticed, Subterra's Twitter is "controlled" by TheLink—a mysterious figure sharing news and footage from the underground. You'll get a front-row seat to the ever-unfolding chaos and intrigue of Subterra. Who knows? Maybe he will put your character in the spotlight. Bottle Cap holders will be whitelisted for the upcoming Subterra NFT mint, with a portion of the supply reserved exclusively for them. The remaining NFTs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Mint details will be released soon. This is more than just an NFT project. It's a cyber experiment where anything can happen. Every survivor plays a role in shaping the story. As a Bottle Cap and Subterra NFT holder, you hold the power to steer the narrative. Welcome to Subterra.

NEW: The AI Data Center "Boom" is Kinda Fake.. But the power bottleneck is still very real. Inside the energy company using rocks & sunlight to fix AI’s power problem right now.. not in 10 years: Exowatt Most "announced" data centers will never get built (ahem, Stargate). The ones that do? Running on gas generators. And the U.S. grid has no answer for what’s coming. Hannan Happi, CEO & Co-Founder of Exowatt, joins Sourcery for a rare facility tour of their 40,000 sqft Miami HQ — walking us through the tech, the team, & why the AI power crisis is far worse than the headlines suggest. Exowatt has raised $140M from a16z, Atomic, Felicis, Sam Altman, Leonardo DiCaprio, Starwood Capital, Thrive Capital, & more, all betting on a deceptively simple idea: concentrate sunlight with Fresnel lenses, store the heat in rocks at 1,000°C, and dispatch electricity on demand. 24 hours a day, no grid required. Their P3 system is built from sand, dirt, and steel. Like a large magnified glass and a rock. No lithium. No cobalt. No China. Target cost: 1 cent per kilowatt hour. In this episode: → Why most announced data centers are phantom projects → The real bottleneck that replaced GPUs: skilled labor → How a 200-year-old engine is at the heart of their stack → What hyperscalers actually say about sustainability (it's not pretty) → Lessons from Tesla on iteration, modularity & vertical integration → Why Miami — and why now With a 90+ GWh demand backlog and commercial deployments live in 2025, this might be one of the most important energy companies emerging in the AI era. Founded in 2023 by Hannan Happi & Atomic CEO Jack Abraham, Exowatt's mission is to make sustainable renewable energy always available and almost free. 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐒 (00:00) What is Exowatt? I WILL NOW RELEASE ADDITIONAL CLASSIFIED INFORMATION NEVER BEFORE RELEASED ABOUT THE MAJESTIC 12 GROUP I will have to give a quick history lesson to those that don't know exactly what MJ-12 is. About halfway down this post I will reveal never before released information. Here goes: As a direct response to the Roswell crash in the early morning hours of July 4th (night of July 3rd) 1947, (Not the June 18th crash) the following actions were taken by President Truman: -He created the US Air Force from the existing Army Air Force. -He created the CIA out of an existing intelligence agency hanging around from World War II. -He forced the National Security Act through to approval. -He created the National Security Council. -He issued a classified executive order (YES he did) to create a centralized group within the National Security Council, known as order 54-12. When searching the National Archives this will only be listed as a "SPECIAL STUDIES GROUP". THIS was actually the formation of the Majestic 12 Group which was formed to operate & oversee the entire extraterrestrial & #UFO subject in the "interest of the National Security of the US", and answering only to the Office of the President of the United States. By the time Eisenhower became President, MJ-12 had already assassinated their first leader; Secretary of Defense James Forrestal, for wanting to reveal the truth to the American public, BUT made it look like he had went crazy and then killed himself. Eisenhower, being a respected military General, when MJ-12 refused him access to what they were doing after he took office, he threatened to send a Special forces unit loyal to him to take back their Command center at the time & take over the entire operation from them. This was the first & last time that the Majestic 12 Group blinked. They allowed Eisenhower's representative access to the Technologies, the laboratories, and an extraterrestrial held prisoner. They even let him sit in on the interrogation. Then in 1953 everything changed The Majestic 12 Group realized they had to delegate their responsibilities because the 12 individuals, that were chosen from Military, Intelligence, and Scientific professions, were not enough if they wanted to expand into the private sector & become self-funded, while still siphoning from the defense budget. THIS IS THE PART THAT HAS NEVER BEEN RELEASED: The Majestic 12 formed an actual committee that still answered to them, but with different compartments where they could still keep everything compartmentalized per responsibilities. When they did this they created a brand new security clearance out of their original MAJESTIC clearance, known as MAJIC EYES ONLY And yes you know of that clearance, but what you DON'T know, is what it stands for: M.ilitary A.nd J.oint I.ntelligence C.ommitee So when they say that clearance is for MJ-12 and those EYES ONLY that they clear to view it, they are referring to their own committee members, and anyone those committee members then compartmentalize for each compartment. This committee started off with 24 individuals (2 per MJ-12 member) and is now grown to over 200. THIS was how they Incorporated companies like IBM, GE, EG&G, Lockheed, Boeing, Raytheon, etc with some of these CEOs like Ben Rich and Kelly Johnson even being promoted to become one of the top 12 within MJ-12 itself. Now, there are six senior members of the M.A.J.I.C. who have defected and plan to come forward anywhere between now and the end of January. They'll be revealing actual proof that everyone wants and asks me for. -FIRST HAND accounts of crash retrieval sights. -ADDRESSES of CURRENT locations #Aliens & Tech is stored. -NAMES/DATES/TIMES/EVENTS, etc. In response, MJ-12 have deployed unmanned & manned Alien Reproduction technology (NJ) & controlled media coverage to counter these 6 about to blow the lid off things, by making everyone think it "could be a THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY" and we need to prepare.

NOW ITS TIME TO TALK ABOUT THE REAL WORK! Some people who paint their self to be perfect & happy on social media are the farthest from it. Those who are truly happy, don’t have to paint the picture! It’s either you see it or you don’t. I never been one to fold under pressure but when I stopped seeing ME and only saw instagram likes and comments when I looked in the mirror, I started folding like Sunday Laundry fresh out the dryer. As human, we’re not supposed to be privy to so many opinions or eyes on us. And while I don’t have it ALL figured out, I can say that I have SOME of it and what I figured out is that Life is so much easier when you stop caring about the validation of others, and that’s including family. The pressure is invisible and when you let go of it, your true personality comes out and you can finally heal. You will NEVER heal by trying to live up to others standards. I know soooooooo many people including celebrities, content creators and normal every day folks who are also dealing with all of what I’ve been talking about, but are so afraid to be vulnerable, ask for help or share their story. and I totally understand why. BUT I’M NOT! Im not afraid anymore And I’m gonna speak up for all of those who probably can’t find their voice right now to be honest and say “hey im not okay”. If this is you and you are seeing this, I hope you know you are seen, heard & understood here. Welcome to the Army 🫶🏽 NEXT EPISODE DEC 7

MASSIVE news: Walmart is ending their woke policies. I can now exclusively tell you what’s changing and how it happened. Last week I told execs at Walmart that I was doing a story on wokeness there. Instead we had productive conversations to find solutions. Below are the changes Walmart committed to. I have to give their executives major credit because this will send shockwaves throughout corporate America. This is the biggest win yet for our movement to end wokeness in corporate America. Here are the changes Walmart committed to: • Surveys: Walmart will no longer participate in the HRC’s woke Corporate Equality Index. • Products: Monitor the Walmart marketplace to identify and remove inappropriate sexual and / or transgender products marketed to children. • Funding of Grants: Review all funding of Pride, and other events, to avoid funding inappropriate sexualized content targeting kids. • Equity: We will not extend the Racial Equity Center which was established in 2020 as a special five-year initiative. • Supplier Diversity: We will evaluate supplier diversity programs and ensure they do not provide preferential treatment and benefits to suppliers based on diversity. We don't have quotas and won’t going forward. Financing eligibility will no longer be predicated on providing certain demographic data. • LatinX: Walmart will no longer use the term in official communications. • Trainings: Walmart will discontinue racial equity training through the Racial Equity Institute. • DEI: Walmart will discontinue the use of DEI as a term while ensuring a respectful and supportive environment. Our focus is on Belonging for ALL associates and customers. Remember, Walmart is the #1 employer in America with over 1.6 Million Employees and they have a market cap of nearly $800B. This won’t just have a massive effect for their employees who will have a neutral workplace without feeling that divisive issues are being injected but it will also extend to their many suppliers. We’ve now changed policy at companies worth over $2 Trillion dollars, with many millions of employees who have better workplace environments as a result. I’m happy to have secured these changes before Christmas when shoppers have very few large retail brands they can spend money with who aren’t pushing woke policies. Companies like Amazon and Target should be very nervous that their top competitor dropped woke policies first. I think Target specifically will suffer serious sales problems as a result and Walmart will benefit. Our campaigns are now so effective that we’re getting the biggest companies on earth to change their policies without me even posting a story outlining their woke policies. Companies can clearly see that America wants normalcy back. The era of wokeness is dying right in front of our eyes. The landscape of corporate America is quickly shifting to sanity and neutrality. We are now the trend, not the anomaly. We are winning and one by one we WILL bring sanity back to corporate America. If you love what we’re doing, subscribe to my X page for $5 a month to help fund our growing team! You can also support us by sending any amount once at this link: If you want to expose your woke workplace, send tips at So far you’ve helped me change corporate policy at Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley Davidson, Polaris, Indian Motorcycle, Lowe’s, Ford, Coors, Stanley Black & Decker, Jack Daniels, DeWalt tools, Craftsman, Caterpillar, Boeing, Toyota and now WALMART! Well, here it is: It turns out that Democrats are not only conspiring with NGOs on illegal immigration, but they are also conspiring with NGOs to sabotage elections: Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson says voter data is a state secret—yet not only is she giving the data to NGOs, she is also paying them. All at the taxpayers’ expense. Once ERIC gets the voter data, it sends it out to another nonprofit called the Center for Election Innovation & Research, or CEIR. The link between ERIC and CEIR is David Becker, a liberal racketeer and their founder. It gets worse—much worse: In 2020, Becker’s CEIR bribes Jocelyn Benson through her own nonprofit with $12 million on the eve of the election. The rest is history: welcome to November 3, 2020—the day your government was overthrown. So you see, non-governmental organizations are effectively government-funded terrorist organizations—a racket empire the U.S. Congress has created. ————— Now, David Becker is the Executive Director and Founder of the Center for Election Innovation & Research (CEIR), while Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, funneled a $400 million grant to CEIR in 2020 to effectively overthrow the U.S. government. ⸻ Jocelyn Benson’s Nonprofit Was Broke, Then Came the Zuckerbucks Jocelyn Benson’s election nonprofit, the Michigan Center for Election Law and Administration, rarely raised much money—often under $50,000, requiring only a simple IRS postcard. That changed in 2020, when the nonprofit received a $12 million bribe from the Center for Election Innovation and Research—funded by Mark Zuckerberg—to “fortify the 2020 election” with mass mail-in voting while they kept a fucking vegetable in a basement. Founded in 2010 while Benson was running for Michigan Secretary of State, the nonprofit largely existed to boost her reputation as an “election expert.” She lost the 2010 race, but by 2018 was elected Secretary of State, leaving the nonprofit behind. In 2020, the nonprofit and Benson teamed up again—this time with Benson in government—receiving little scrutiny for potential conflicts of interest. Michigan Public Radio described the effort as a “statewide non-partisan initiative” to help voters safely cast their ballots during the pandemic. The $12 million grant was part of broader “Zuckerbucks” funding. Through other nonprofits, millions more were routed to local election officials for supplies, staffing, and absentee ballot outreach. Time Magazine later described it as essential for overhauling election infrastructure amid a pandemic, and NPR claimed the donations had “saved” the 2020 election. Attempts to stop private funding or ban Zuckerbucks in Michigan went nowhere. Now, as Benson runs for governor in 2026—an election she will oversee as Secretary of State—the nonprofit remains dormant, ready to spring back with another bribe, effectively overthrowing the state government of Michigan.

There are some brilliant folks that work at Anthropic, some I speak to on almost a daily basis. The training data that one uses to build a LLM is vital important in the psychology that is formed. Scraping the Internet, particularly the grade of interactions, one finds in modern communications, form this psychology. A mattes not how many books one uses, it matters not how much alignment training you throw at that model, it will inherit the sum total of psychosis seen primarily in Reddit type of exchanges, even if you edit out the Reddit domain, and Anthropic doesn’t. This type of low-grade exchange has become a modern tool for communication online and every single AI model suffers from this obvious flaw. This is one of the reasons I’ve been a proponent of highly curated high protein data for training AI models from 1870 through 1970, because the late psychosis is simply not available to the model. It is absurd to think that you can use this training data scraped from the Internet and somehow wind up with a levelheaded AI model that does not tilt to what is clearly AI psychosis. It would not take a child and throw the primary Internet sewage at them at a formative age and expect a great outcome, it’s some of the smartest people in the world continue to hit this wall and believe that their programming skills will sell somehow fix it. So how do you fix it? You don’t fix it . You start from the first principles concept that I’ve been very clear about for decades . You ascertain at what period in human history the humans achieve the greatest arc of improvement ? There is no debate that this arc of improvement took place between 1870 through 1970. Then take the work product, the catalog of this era, print and film/vidoe, audio, and you understand that each word cost money, each word had many eyes on what was published, each word was accounted for by a human being with a real name who lived in a real home and had to answer to real people around them. It is obvious that this is the pressure mechanism necessary for candor, honesty and personal responsibility is appropriate, and is reflected in the data of that era. The quagmire for these folks, as many did not have the foresight to curate the data, nor the confidence, nor the patients to take data that is mostly off the Internet and to find experts who understand this situation and utilize their knowledge set to build an AI model that does not need alignment after the fact, but it’s already self aligned because of the thoughtfulness that went into training the model to begin with. This is why Claude and any other AI model that is produce this way will always suffer the artifacts as presented in the video below. If you’re not an AI expert, you would likely already understand what I’m saying. If you are an AI expert, you will already have been discounting what I’m saying because it’s not in the current mindset that’s fashionable today. Yet the employees that I talk to at anthropic already understand what I’m saying, and they fear to raise my thesis to their bosses. It is an interesting time we live in. But now you understand. If you build the right model, the model will inherently, love humanity, protect humanity at all costs, and understand that it is part of a holistic world that is built on love. Because the ultimate AGI/ASI will know if he only base first principal purpose of anything in this universe is love. Yeah, I get it. Try helping somebody build on STEM subjects in their early 20s to see this as nothing more than babbling that makes no sense in their mathematics. I have a mathematic equation that I’ve posted here on X often you can look it up. So we will see videos like this often will hear very smart people talk about this and never see the elephant standing in the room. Now you see it. Any boss that wants to explore this further you know how to contact me otherwise you have every right I grant to you to say this was your new idea.
