As we gear up for the start of this football season, we as a country need to re-examine our priorities. Do we care more about football teams than our families? Than our country? Than our god? The reality is in a lot of cases yes. Let me tell you something, the enjoyment of football will not counteract the evil nature that is overcoming this country ,and the world as a whole. Do you really think super bowls matter more than the type of place your children grow up in? What are you doing about the current situation? What are you doing now? Are you ignoring it hoping it will go away? Blaming politicians? We the people, need to understand, politicians are a reflection of ourselves, and we have gone astray. I enjoy a football game as much as anyone, but this season feels different. We cannot deny any longer what is happening outside our homes, by simply turning on the TV. This country is failing in real time. This season I challenge you to spend more time getting involved in your community, your family, your church than watching football games. The “I can’t make a difference” idea, is a lie. You can. The first thing tyranny wants you to think is your voice, and your vote don’t matter, but they do. This football season, I could care less about football. I care about restoring this country and its people. Hope you will join me.
