Tuchel has the way better link up although its the second best in the game at the moment When managers with two link up comes its going to be the Xabi and Capello link up together that will be the best combo in the game

People that use this formation and complain that it does not work! They need to understand that the players make the formation works! Like you can’t use random players that are highly rated and not have the right play style.
