In 5 years, this guy will either be the best GM in the NFL or selling oranges under the Beach/Kernan overpass. There is no gray area.

That’s fine, but team culture is important too. You need the “right” picks in the draft. You need the players to want to stay here and want to improve. Otherwise the draft philosophy is all for nothing. However, this is hopeful to say the least.
