Looking back at Ballard’s past 6 draft really hurts. The guy has been employed and riding on a draft class from 2018. Taylor, Downs and Raimann deserve a spot, maybe Latu. But legitimately 8 or 9 guys on a roster are worth keeping. Thanks Ballard.

If you’re gonna completely jettison bringing in outside guys and solely rely on the draft you’ve gotta consistently out kick your coverage in that area. He hasn’t. Great at drafting B/C level guys. Can’t draft A level talent.

He played in a Super Bowl and AFC Championship game. Was an All-Pro on teams that won a lot of games and the division multiple times. Sure he’s a punter, but he was on teams that won a lot of games.

I said a few weeks ago the only ones I’d fight for would be Downs/Raimann/Latu. Outside of that I wouldn’t have a major issue with anyone else on the roster being traded.

My list includes Grove and JD but mostly JFC.
