In future, I suggest that the police employ a few German shepherd dogs to chase out such idiots. No need to lift anyone up. The dogs will take care of them, chasing them and nipping. Delhi police seems so outdated, lifting them from roads that too at a time employing 4 to 5 personnel. Sheer wastage of manpower. Use of modified mini forklifts will do the task faster, spare manpower & any gender can be without allegations of misconduct.
