I don’t know the full story, but it seems the guy was fully within his rights to be angry. Still, if that happened in my county, he’d be in jail in less than a week for some kind of “violation.” His every move would be watched, and every time he left his house they would be watching and would nail him the first chance they got to “get him” on something. I see it happen all the time.
