You should clarify the data breach situation and also start introducing two-step verification in the future. It's not impossible to get through but at least it would deter the hackers somewhat. The website isn't letting me change my password. I don't know why I pay for this 🙃

You know, at this point I feel like people would be fine with a "We've aknowledged there's a problem and are looking into it", the fact no one is saying a word, makes it seem like you either aren't aware of it or don't really care...
