You need a heart to understand pain and agony of these unemployed youth seeking age relaxation. Look how this young boy is pleading with BJP Jammu & Kashmir and Office of LG J&K for age relaxation. I don’t know what is stopping the Office of LG J&K from announcing age relaxation. I hope, better sense prevails and these young boys and girls get a chance to participate in the PSI examination to be held later this year.

This is a colorized video from London in 1931. Here are a few observations that I’d love to hear your feedback on. 1) Almost all the people in this video are dead right now. It is amazing how short life really is, and how incredible it is that humanity is able to pass on our accomplishments so efficiently. 2) There are still hundreds of millions of people who were alive when this video was taken. Look at how much things have changed in a single lifetime. Now consider where things will be in another lifetime. 3) Little did these people know that any child who was under 10 in this video, would almost certainly be fighting the Nazis in a decade and London would be getting bombed, seemingly endlessly in a decade as well.

This is the most special run of my life. After almost two weeks without running and even being hospitalised here in Canada , I didn’t know when I’d be able to start again. But these two beautiful souls, Lori and Chets, pushed me out this morning, even with a fever and in –3°C. They reminded me that the joy of running is better than standing still. Grateful for these angels… complete strangers until last week…. who lift you when you can’t lift yourself.

This video of Zimbabwe’s Vice President hurt me to the bone. Our leaders should never subject themselves to this kind of humiliation by holding on to power. A human gets to a certain age where they are supposed to rest, unwind, and not take on such huge public roles. I wish Vice President Kembo Mohadi well and hope that he will get the rest that he deserves and that his body is demanding! Zimbabwe is awash with young people, even in ZANUPF. These old men and women should make way for those young leaders and not humiliate themselves like this. Look south for wisdom and learn from Nelson Mandela!
