One of the big challenges after the Ukraine war will be how the West and others can reach out to those Russians who haven't supported Putin and the war, and not demonise all Russia. That is extremely complex, but vital.

Europe should follow the United States and let citizens make their own decisions. Censorship of is a bad sign. #cognitivewarfare
