most public toilets do not have the actual roll accessible because they steal the toilet paper. they're encased in those locked plastic cases. But yeah if it is open i'd watch for that

I don’t even use public toilet at parks. Let alone let my kids. I’ll simply walk to Starbucks or any other establishment nearby. Especially in California. 🤷🏽‍♂️
