June 4th, 1994 our lives forever changed. We said, “I do!”. With those two words, we said, yes, to all the highs, the lows, and everything in between. God has blessed us with four absolutely amazing children who are now amazing adults, with their own best friends/significant others (that they’re doing life with), we have three incredible grandsons, and a beautiful granddaughter on the way. We’ve lived where we both grew up (on the East Coast), and have now been out here in San Diego for just over 11 years. We’ve gotten jobs (and lost jobs), we’ve had more times than we can count where we couldn’t make ends meet, even though both you and I were working two, and sometimes three jobs at a time, and we’ve been blessed in ways that we could’ve never dreamed of. We’ve watched both my parents pass on, and are now dealing with the overwhelmingly difficult challenge of seeing your parents struggle with their own health in ways that no one should have to go through. Through it all (even in the midst of the chaos), we’ve been blessed to be by each other‘s sides! I thank God for you every day, Jillian! I love our adventures together (the big ones where we fly to somewhere we’ve never been before, and the little ones where we hop in the car with no agenda, and just drive). I love when we find ourselves in deeper conversation, laughter, and tears of joy then ever expected, and in the moments of silence, where no words are even spoken, but when we’re together, just being where our feet are. As the world (as we know it), keeps getting crazier and crazier, let’s continue to keep Christ in the center of all we do, keep leaning on and lifting each other up when it’s needed, and keep living the lives that we have been so incredibly blessed to live together. My European friends have asked whether the US is still committed to the US/EU trade deal. We are. In fact, we signed this agreement in August, and every day since, the United States has been in compliance with what it agreed to do under the agreement. We have yet to have a day where the Europeans are in compliance because they had a process to go through. We’ve been complying. We’re looking forward to the EU successfully getting through its process. My interview with euronews 👇

The Serbian community has deep roots in this city since its earliest days. Chicagoland is home to the largest Serbian community outside of Serbia and the Balkans. We are a huge, longstanding, and proud community in this city and we will not accept being disregarded or insulted. Without any consultation with our community, a decision was made to raise the flag of the terrorist and criminal “Republic of Kosovo” at Daley Plaza. This is an occupied territory that remains deeply painful for the Serbian people as this land is the centerpiece of our religion, culture and identity. For our community, this act is not symbolic or fun, it is a political statement that directly insults us. This action is unacceptable. If this terrorist flag of so called Republic of Kosovo is raised again in our city without dialogue or consideration of our community, you should expect a highly visible public protest at levels you’ve never seen before. We demand that this issue be addressed immediately. Engage with our community. Show respect for the people who have built this city. Do not repeat this mistake. Do not think to insult us like this ever again.

Yep! We spent a 21 months building Werm, and we’re genuinely proud of how we’ve done things. We’ll keep doing everything possible to build great products. What you see now is the result of countless iterations from the version shown in the below video. With just three people, building and scaling a multiplayer game has been incredibly challenging, even large studios struggle with this. The 21 months of development were necessary. We went through multiple rebuilds, learned a ton about launches, and built real relationships across the ecosystem. We stayed away from presales and token launches because the product wasn’t ready. Now we finally feel confident to give it a real shot. There’ll be bumps along the way, but unlike most crypto projects built on hype, we’re launching with an actual product and genuine intent to make it work. We believe we’re doing it the right way and that’s how we plan to keep going. The goal is for the community to trust that when we build, it’s 100% real, never a scam. More news to come about Werm!

Now, when you save an X post to Matter that contains a URL, we ask if you want to save the link or the post. TLDR: If you want to save an article linked in a post, just save the post directly from your feed! You can thank Hunter for this clever, "obvious in retrospect" idea.
