HEEEE.. STRUCK! HIM! OUT! The 7 Line Army has been cheering together since 2012, and our official strikeout chant is all thanks to Mike “The King” Casiano. Mike has been celebrating strikeouts forever, and once our group started, his chant migrated throughout our crew as well. Andrew “The General” Indart leads the chant each time a Mets pitcher records a strikeout from his seat in section 142 during The 7 Line Army home games. Drops on Tuesday!

We exit the Emirates FA Cup. Thank you to everyone who joined us on the road and at home over our 7 FA Cup matches. Congratulations to the team and management for getting so far in the competition, beating our club history. We won against multiple teams in higher leagues and you truly showed your determination and skill. A massive well done to our Physio for getting everyone fit and our kit man for all the work you’ve done and sweet runs. We are hopeful for league promotion and another successful FA Vase run. I met with President of Finland Alexander Stubb and Prime Minister of Norway Jonas Gahr Støre. I informed them about contacts at the leaders’ level in the E3–Ukraine format as well as our contacts with the American side. Right now, all our partners note that Ukraine’s positions on the frontline are significantly stronger, and therefore the approaches in diplomacy, which we are now working to reinvigorate, must be based precisely on this. Unfortunately, Russia is trying to compensate for its enormous losses on the battlefield with strikes on our cities and communities, on civilian infrastructure. That is why air defense missiles are our top priority. And we discussed how to secure additional supplies for Ukraine right now, as well as efforts to develop a European anti-ballistic missile system. I am grateful to Alex and Jonas, and to the people of Finland and Norway, for their steadfast assistance and support. We appreciate that our agreements are being implemented.

Prime Minister Bjarni Benediktsson and I signed a security cooperation and long-term support agreement between Ukraine and Iceland. The fixed annual financial support for 2024-2028 is at least €30 million. Iceland pledged to provide Ukraine with long-term economic, humanitarian, and defense assistance, as well as to facilitate its future EU and NATO membership. A unique feature of the agreement is that Iceland commits to continued support for the transportation of military supplies and equipment from NATO allies to Ukraine by chartered cargo planes. We are grateful to Iceland for supporting our people in their defense against Russian terror and aggression. 🇺🇦🇮🇸
