Did they send a follow-up email? Was their resume flawless or at least close? How high did their report score? These little things tell you a lot. If your hiring team isn’t tracking them, you’re missing important details. • Setup & Tech High-speed internet and backups included. Stable electricity, backups included, and quality, modern hardware. A great hire isn’t just about skills. It’s the full picture. Most hiring mistakes don’t happen because someone isn’t qualified. They happen because the intangibles weren’t screened for.
