It’s like watching a bunch of students run the place.

While Caerphilly council has just announced closure of our library and others because of a "lack " of money. Not enough diversity in our area to keep it open.

We hear Senedd members moan a lot about lack of cash, but then they boast about splashing out on schemes like this. Make it make sense.

Love that my hard earned cash is actually not going towards getting an in person doctors appointment for once but is spent on this crap..

They’re a bloody disgrace. And we are forced to fund the parasites.

Sadly, Dawn’s attitude reflects that of most Senedd members. We must end this waste. Now.

More virtue signalling of a complete waste of money

The National Museum in Cardiff was forced to close its doors recently due to urgent building safety issues. Perhaps the cash could’ve been spent maintaining it and not on this?

🚨WELSH JOURNALIST'S "INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALISM FUND" TO TACKLE CLIMATE CHANGE, FAR RIGHT & MISINFORMATION🚨 Political "journalist" Will Hayward has launched a new fund, to help aspiring journalists get on the ladder. But there's a catch. Their work has to relate to one of Hayward's pre-chosen topics. To qualify for the cash, the subject or investigation must be on one of the following topics: 1. Climate change and biodiversity loss 2. Poverty 3. The rise of the far right and/or political extremism 4. Exposing misinformation/disinformation and/or fact checking We couldn't help but spot some notable omissions from this list. Immigration is, by far, the main issue affecting politics right now. With the Senedd making Wales a "Nation of Sanctuary" for asylum seekers, public services across Wales face huge pressures. Cheap labour from abroad has also suppressed Welsh workers' wages, unfairly pricing them out of many jobs. This is obviously a main cause of poverty, so perhaps Hayward will fund a piece of work along these lines? Or perhaps he won't. Successful applicants will be paid between £150 and £500 for their time, "depending on the depth of investigation" required. They must also have some journalistic training. Hayward posted a 3-minute long video explaining the scheme on his X account, and we've helpfully pulled out some of the highlights for our followers below. With a Senedd election in 10 months time, Hayward warns the "amount of misinformation will soar". He also says young people and those in most deprived areas are the "main targets for this". How patronising. We would also be interested to learn how Hayward is funding this new initiative. Is he generously paying for it out of his own pocket, off the back of subscriptions to his well-plugged "newsletter". Or have sponsors come forward to help meet the cost? Hayward has, somewhat ironically, claimed Wales has a "limited media landscape". But that is largely the result of legacy media organisations, like BBC Wales and Hayward himself, ignoring some of the scandalous ideological projects Senedd members fund. Has he ever called out the Nation of Sanctuary? Or tree planting in Africa? Or the wasteful Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan, under which a £10,000 grant was awarded to "decolonise the Welsh cake"? We were also surprised to see Hayward continue to flog the "far right" horse. The term has become meaningless, thanks to years of legitimate causes being labelled as such by those in power to shut down debate. The Pakistani rape gang scandal would not have happened if those who spoke the truth were listened to, not vilified. We set up DOGE Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿💰 because we saw limited, if not non-existent, coverage of these issues in the Welsh media. If people really want to shake things up, perhaps they should fund us instead ...

🚨 | General Election mode starts and don’t forget Keir Starmer - ‘Welsh Labour is the living proof of what Labour looks like in power. A blueprint for what Labour can do across the United Kingdom’s 🔸 NHS waiting lists worse than England 🔸 Educational outcomes worse than England 🔸 20mph speed limits - slowing the economy 🚂 Welsh Government took over the running of the railways - it operates Transport for Wales which has the worst customer satisfaction for train operators in the UK. ✈️ Welsh Government took over the running of Cardiff Airport. Despite relatively few flights, it was named among one of the worst for flight delays and the airport is now valued at around £15m - a third of what the Welsh Government paid. 💷 Analysis shows that the Welsh NHS may overspend by £800m with all health boards have been placed under higher levels of financial scrutiny. 🔐 During the pandemic, the blueprint for Welsh Labour lockdowns included telling shops to close certain aisles so customers visiting would feel safe. 🗳️ The Welsh Government has passed increasing the number of politicians in the Senedd by 60% despite a lack of public support. This is estimated to cost each year more than the free school meals the Government said they could no longer afford to provide to vulnerable children. ❌ The new Welsh Labour First Minister took £200k in donations to fund his recent election campaign from a convicted criminal. He had also lobbied on behalf of the same person in the past. Keir Starmer thinks this is the blueprint to bring to the whole of the UK. Be careful what you vote for.

The demented idea that the countryside is racist is gaining traction in our woke institutions. But, make no mistake: this is not about racism The British people are being demoralised in a prolonged war of attrition that seeks to undermine Britain's culture, heritage & way of life The race zealots who say the countryside is racist or that British culture is racist don't care about ethnic minorities at all. They have a visceral hatred of Britain & the West and seek to undermine them at every opportunity Every day it seems, a different institution tells the British people that they are racist, their culture is racist, their history is racist, their national heroes are racist, and now even their countryside is racist. If ever you wanted proof that Britain is a post-revolutionary society whose institutions have been completely captured by ideological apparatchicks trying to transform the soul of the nation, this is it. Why are they attacking the countryside? Because English, Welsh, Scottish & Northern Irish identities are intrinsically linked to the landscape. Ask an Englishman to conjure up an image of England, and thoughts immediately turn to the countryside – the gently rolling hills and patchwork fields of England’s green and pleasant land. The countryside epitomises both nation and love of nation. It's a deeply emotional – almost spiritual – connection. Denouncing the countryside as racist is to directly attack both nation and national identity. Whether it be the National Trust, the British Library or our universities, our captured institutions are feverishly creating a future where the British people no longer have any pride, trust or belief in the nation. That is the ultimate goal. Alas, when one looks at surveys of British youth and their attitudes to the nation, it's a plan that is succeeding.
