She obviously has some cognitive issues - she needs a guardian - maybe not on the scale she has now but something to protect her and her life’s work $$$. Her son took $100,000 from her account and that’s what started all of this… her family is some what financially motivated

She clearly still needs help but she needs support from loved family members who are trusted. No court appointed “guardians” whose interests lie in keeping her locked away to reap the benefits of the money Wendy made HERSELF.
