This isn’t funny. That dog is aggressive and almost attacked another dog or the other dog’s owner. It’s not on a leash. It’s a dangerous dog. It should not be out in public without a muzzle or fully contained. Might be a kid that gets killed next time.

not funny. this is called learned distress. ears and tail down, the complete opposite of training. proof : the first dog would leave within seconds. not reassuring for others & not educated. being scared isn’t a proof that he would listen to you in a dangerous situation.

Those dogs need to be taken away before they get put down. Horrible owners
