we hadn't had that kind of humor since blazing saddles. That is because Paul Mooney was a writer for Richard Pryor [who wrote on blazing saddles] AND Chappelle Show.

Is this the one he didn't like white people laughing at so he ran off to South Africa and became Muslim? He is hard to read sometimes.

To this day, it amazes me when I remind myself that the first episode of this show contained the phrase, "Because, she's a ni**er-lover!" and it still went on for several seasons. We had a civilization once...

This was the skit that caused him to flip out and move to Africa because white people found it too funny 😂 man I miss Chapelles show. To this day it’s my favorite tv show ever.

The funny and rather ironic thing is that this kind of humor actually ENDS racism. We can all have our stereotypes and sit back together and laugh about them.
