the channel quietly changes the contract. a widget carries its own frame, people know what they opened. a blue bubble lands in the same thread as someone's dentist and their mum, so disclosure has to sit in the first sentence instead of a ui affordance. scope drifts too - over imessage people reply three days later with something else entirely. does the photon integration give you a handoff path for when the agent should stop answering?
